This morning, Virginie Fernandez, Malin Näsholm, and I received the wonderful news that we have been granted seed money from “Fondation Per et Eivor Wikström” to initiate a new research project called “Navigating dilemmas on the border”. The project aims to examine the everyday dilemmas and organizational challenges that arise in the humanitarian work of volunteer‑driven humanitarian associations. The case in question concerns L’association Refuges Solidaires, based in Briançon, France.
