At the end of 2021, I published an article in Systems Research and Behavioral Science together with Shankar Sankaran (at UTS in Sydney) and Tomas Blomquist (at USBE). The article was called “The history and future of projects as a transition innovation: Towards a sustainable project management framework” and took a socio-technical transitions perspective on the evolution of Project Management. Today, we got the good news that it was one of the most downloaded articles in the journal during 2021. Quite surprising given that it came out on September 5th, 2o21.

We can only hope that the downloads will turn into citations in a year or two.
